Clinical child and adolescent psychology focuses on supporting the mental and emotional well-being of children and teenagers. It applies scientific knowledge to address a wide range of challenges that may arise from ages 0 to 18—such as anxiety, eating disorder, social withdrawal, or addiction.
This approach considers the child or teen not in isolation, but within their social context. With early support and guidance, many emotional or behavioral concerns can be managed before they grow into more complex difficulties later in life.
Bach Flower Remedy is a gentle, natural healing method developed by Dr. Edward Bach, a medical doctor and homeopath from the United Kingdom, in the 1930s. It uses diluted flower essences, taken in drops mixed with water, to help balance emotional states that feel most present or overwhelming.
The remedy can be helpful to ease a wide range of emotional imbalances, such as inner pressure, perfectionism, anxiety, panic attack, insecurity, or fear of failure. It’s safe for all ages—from infants to the elderly—and can be used alongside other therapies or medical treatments.
