Sharuna Aleima Suparto is a certified TAT trainer and practitioner. Her journey into self-healing and meditation began in 2010, when she was introduced to the work of her teacher, the late Reza Gunawan. This experience became a turning point, opening the way for a more mindful and intentional way of living. Since then, Aleima has continued to explore the path of deep self-awareness, integrating mindfulness practice with holistic healing.

Guided by the desire to support others in their own journey, Aleima began studying healing modalities professionally and started her practice as a therapist in late 2018. Today, she teaches TAT for self-healing, offers counseling sessions grounded in TAT and psychotherapy, and facilitates some Family Constellation sessions as a space for emotional healing and inner transformation.
TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) is a self-healing method developed by acupuncturist Tapas Fleming in 1993, and brought into wider practice in Indonesia by Reza Gunawan. It uses light touches on specific acupressure points along the face and the back of the head. Though simple and gentle, this technique supports deep emotional healing by helping release long-held stress, anxiety, or trauma.
In today’s fast-paced world, we tend to push aside many emotions, creating inner pressure that builds over time. TAT offers space for the body to slowly release and make peace with what has been suppressed. This method is helpful in navigating relationship challenges, whether with work, family, or partners, as well as life’s many ups and downs.
Psycho-soma therapy is a psychotherapeutic approach that helps clients in exploring subconscious patterns shaped by past experiences, stored not only in the mind but also the body. This therapy focuses on how feelings, beliefs, and automatic responses are formed as survival strategies and how these patterns often repeat in adulthood.
Through deep conversation, observation of spontaneous responses, and awareness of internal patterns, clients are guided to uncover the roots of emotional conflict or limiting behaviors, and to develop a more conscious way of responding to life.
